The Fifty 5 Fitness Online Membership brings Fifty 5 Fitness into the comfort of your own home by providing clients access to a library of 60+ online classes. Plus, one brand new class is added every week.

Your Online Membership includes all seven of these classes:

The 55 + Balance - Everything you should be doing for exercise at the age of 55+. Non-impact cardio, balance exercises, lower and upper body strength training.

The 55 Express - Non-impact aerobic style cardio, upper & lower body strength training, core exercises, mobility work and stretching.

The 55 Strength - Do you want to feel and look stronger? Then this is the class for you! Functional fitness circuit training that focuses on increasing your muscular strength.

The 55 Warrior - A 45 min full body circuit based class that includes cardio, core, upper and lower body strength exercises sandwiched between a quick warm up and a cool down.

The 55 Core & Mobility - Do you suffer from some form of chronic pain? This class is for you! This class will go through how to properly hold on to your core, to help you in an exercise class and in everyday life.

The 55 Barre - A 45 min full body isometric/endurance inspired workout that targets those smaller muscles using tiny weights. We help you push past “I can’t” and keep you form focused!

Sweat & Stretch - 15 minutes of non-impact cardio, followed by 15 minutes of stretching. Leaving you feeling relaxed and recharged!

Let’s Get Moving - Our beginner class for those that have never exercised before, or clients that have not exercised in the last 2-3 years. The Let’s Get Moving class teaches clients how to exercise safely. The Instructor will take time to go over proper form and alignment while teaching functional movements such a squat, hip hinge, lunge, pull, press, and rotation.

Mini Classes - When you only have 20 minutes in your day to exercise, this is the class for you! Join Emily & Sam for 20 min of core, 20 min of upper body or 20 min of lower body exercises. A quick warm-up and cool-down is also incorporated. Get it done in 20 min, and get on with your day!
