How does personal training work?
Each training session can be 30 min - 1 hour in length and designed with your fitness/health goals in mind. Cardio, strength training, balance work, mobility work and stretching can all be incorporated into your sessions each week. On your initial meet-up with your trainer they will run a movement assessment on you that will give them a guide line as to where your fitness level is at. During the assessment, you will get one-on-one attention from one of our personal trainers. They will take you through a series of movement tests to see which of your joints is moving freely, which joints have some mobility restrictions, and which muscles might need some extra TLC. We also look at things like core strength and stability, breathing technique, flexibility, and endurance. If you want, we have the option of doing some body measurements as well. The purpose of the assessment is to establish a baseline so you know where you are today.
Studio Personal Training - 1 hour
Investment:
5 sessions ($65 per session) = $325 + GST
10 sessions ($60 per session) = $600 +GST
20 sessions ($55 per session) = $1100 + GST
At Home Workout Program
Investment:
$195 +GST
Includes a fitness assessment, a session to learn your program, and a written copy (printed or digital) of your program to take home with you.
What if I need to cancel a session?
Sometimes life happens and you need to cancel your session. Please call us at 204-221-4285 or email fifty5fitness@gmail.com at least 24 hours in advance. By cancelling 24 hours in advance it gives us the opportunity to train another client that might have missed their session on a different day. Any cancellations made in less than 24 hours notice will result in a loss of your session.
