Myself, Tierannai, Jacquie, Chantelle and Sharon want to thank all of our clients for an amazing year🙌🏼! Take this holiday break to enjoy time with your family & friends♥️. If that gets to be too much, take a break from your holiday festivities for a moment to give your body a nice stretch! Any doorway or corner will do to accomplish today’s exercise, giving you a 2 minute break from the season’s busy-ness.
START HERE (A):
Facing a corner or doorway, place your right hand, forearm and elbow at a 90 degree angle on the wall. Step your right foot back, and point your left toes forward. Keep your gaze level and your neck long.
Movement (B):
Lean forward with your whole torso while keeping your abdominal muscles taut. Press your forearm and hand into the wall’s surface, and pivot your torso and your gaze over to the left. Stay in this twist for 5-10 breaths, then repeat on the left side with the left foot back. Breathe into the stretch to expand your flexibility and open up your chest muscles.
