The 55 Express class is a condensed version of the 55+ Balance class, designed to fit into a busy schedule. This class incorporates all types of exercises that have been proven to be beneficial for individuals 55+. The class consists of non-impact cardio, mobility work, lower and upper body strength training, core exercises, and stretching (balance will be incorporated throughout the class). (45 minutes) LEVEL: Beginner to advanced fitness levels
