The 55 Core and Mobility is designed to give clients the tools they need to get the most out of any exercise class. This class consists of core exercises that educate clients on how to properly hold their core in any exercise as well as in everyday life. This class also places emphasis on mobility which is extremely important as we age. Mobility work will focus on the shoulders, spine, hips, knees, and ankles. This class will build physical literacy and teach clients ways they can increase mobility, helping to ensure they can keep moving as they age. (30 minutes - only offered online)
